1. Training:
Buyer can send his technicians to seller plant for long term training during machines making. All the technicians’ expenses (including return air-tickets, boarding and lodging, and 150-200 dollars as per day salary, etc) are paid by buyer during installing & debugging at buyer plant, seller technicians are responsible for short time training for buyer operators.
2. Seven days in advanced before every preparation works are ready, buyer should notice seller.
Seller should dispatch 2 – 3 technicians to buyer plant to install machines.
3. Guarantee: 12 months after final acceptance at buyer plant.
4. Easy worn parts (such as belts, bearings, etc) are not covered against guarantee.
5. Damaged parts caused by unforeseen accidents or improper operation are not covered against
