1. The guarantee is one year. After the machine arrive the buyer’s factory, if the buyer requests, the seller must send the engineer to the buyer’s factory to install and test the machine, and offer training for the buyer’s engineer about 30 days. The buyer should pay the visa charges, round trip ticket, hotel, food, local traffic and salary USD80 /day each person for the seller’s engineer.
2. The electrical components, the loss by nature and artificial damage created by unprofessional technician, not in maintenance scope.
3. The seller will offer lifetime consultation service. If the machine has problem in the guarantee period or out of guarantee period, the seller should arrange the engineer to repair when urgent calls from the buyer as soon as possible. The buyer should pay the visa charges, round trip ticket, hotel, food, local traffic and salary USD80 /day each person for the seller’s engineer.
